HEBER ROJAS

Heber Rojas received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance and Master's degree in Taxation from Florida International University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Florida.

Heber has over 16 years of experience in public and private accounting. He has provided accounting, auditing and tax services for a variety of clients including corporations, small businesses and condominium and homeowners associations. Heber is a member of Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI). Heber also serves on the FICPA Common Interest Realty Associations Committee, FICPA Young CPA Committee and the FICPA Council Member at Large.

MILLIE RIVERO

Millie Rivero earned her Bachelor of Accounting and Master in Taxation degrees from Florida International University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida.

Millie worked for 2 of the Big 4 accounting firms prior to joining Tapia & Associates, PA where she concentrated her work in the Common Interest Realty Association (CIRA) industry.

She was the president of the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and a member of the FICPA’s CIRA committee.

CARMEN VELASQUEZ

Carmen Velasquez received her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Master's Degree in Accounting from Florida International University. She earned her license as a certified public accountant in the state of Florida.

Carmen’s experience include working with one of the largest national accounting firms. She has over 10 years of professional experience working exclusively in the Common Realty Association (CIRA) industry. Carmen is a member of Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI). Carmen also serves on the FICPA Common Interest Realty Associations Committee, FICPA Young CPA Committee and FICPA Women in Leadership Committee.
